Background
Robert Williams retired in spring 2003 as Vail Professor of History at 桃瘾社区, where he served for 12 years as vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty. Professor Williams is the author of numerous articles and books on Russian history. At 桃瘾社区, he received the Thomas Jefferson Award for outstanding service and teaching.
